At Tuteequilak, we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist.
📅 Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
⚠️ Please note: refund requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order for immediate confirmation.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or it was sent to the buyer first, the refund will go to the original gift giver.
